Occulights Sensor and Light
Perfect for non-bookable spaces, Occulights' sensor can detect room users as soon as they enter a meeting room. Once occupancy is detected, the light, usually mounted outside the room, will turn from green to red, meaning the room is now in use.
Not only will this provide easy-to-interpret visual evidence of room availability, but also clear statistics denoting room usage.
Simply mount the sensor and light, connect them to your network, and you're ready to go!
Ghost Meetings
It's easy to forget to cancel or release your room booking when plans change. Occulights' Occuhub integrates with your Microsoft Room Calendar and can automatically release empty (due to no-shows), or recently vacated rooms. Spaces are made available for other users, and usage statistics are more accurate, meaning happier users and precise data-led decision making.
Auto-Booking
We've all hopped-into a meeting room for a quick chat that turns into a full-blown meeting. Real time integration with the Microsoft means Auto-Booking automatically reserves the meeting room. This results in correct room usage statistics are correct and ensures you can continue your meeting without interruptions. Other users will see the meeting space is occupied in the calendar and on the room panel/ light.
